With this right of withdrawal information, we fulfill our duty to inform in accordance with § 312d (1) BGB in conjunction with Art. 246a § 1 (2) and (3) EGBGB.
We hereby inform you about the conditions, deadlines, and procedure for withdrawing from purchase contracts for goods in our online shop at www.dejavu.de.

1. Right of Withdrawal

According to § 312g (1) BGB, consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days according to § 355 BGB for distance contracts, including the purchase of goods in online shops.

2. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

A right of withdrawal does not exist for:

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
  This particularly includes cosmetic products whose marketability is lost after the seal is removed.
• Goods that are custom-made or tailored to personal needs (§ 312g (2) sentence 1 BGB).

3. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the consumer or a third party named by them, who is not the carrier, received the goods.

For multiple variants, the following applies:

• For separately delivered goods within one order: from receipt of the last goods.

• For partial deliveries or pieces: from receipt of the last partial shipment or the last piece.

• For regular delivery over a period: from receipt of the first goods.

Timely dispatch of the withdrawal is sufficient to meet the deadline.

4. Declaration of Withdrawal

The withdrawal must be declared by an unambiguous statement to the entrepreneur.
It can be done without any specific form (e.g., by letter, email, or telephone).

A withdrawal does not have to be justified.
You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this, but it is not mandatory.

5. Consequences of Withdrawal

With an effective withdrawal, the declarations of intent aimed at concluding the contract are no longer binding.
Services already received must be returned within 14 days.

6. Reimbursement of Payments

We will refund all payments received from the consumer, including delivery costs, unless additional costs were agreed upon because a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us was chosen.

The refund will be made using the same payment method that the consumer used for the original payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until the consumer has provided proof that they have sent the goods – whichever is the earlier.
This does not apply if we have offered to collect the goods.

7. Costs of Return

The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
